Healthy way of life

A healthy way of life means that we live our lives in a healthy way, without destroying our heart and body.

1. We have to consume healthy food and drink only.
We shouldn't eat:
- sugar
- sweets like bonbons, chocolate or ice-cream
- fatty meat
- dairy products with high fat content
- white bread
- pasta
- fast food (hamburgers or deep frozen pizzas)
We shouldn't drink
- alcohol
- Coke or coffee

We should eat:
- any kinds of fruit
- any kinds of vegetables
- fish
- low-fat dairy products
- brown or rye bread
We should drink:
- mineral water
- green tea
- fresh made fruit juice

2. We shouldn't smoke - because smoking destroys the lungs and it can cause cancer, not only for the smoker but for anyone who breathes in the smoke around us.

3. We shouldn't take drugs. Drugs are addictive, it ruins our health, it makes us want more and more until we spend all our money on it and neglect our family, friends and work, and drug overdose or polluted drugs can cause death.

4. We should take more exercise and sports, we should do more trips into the nature. Everyone should take some sports regularly, like playing football or basketball twice a week or we can just simply go jogging or walk one or two kilometres every morning or evening. We should walk or cycle to work/school instead of using our cars or any means of public transport.
